Welcome to the 2014-2015 Cross Country Blog 

for Walther Christian Academy!

Before we start with the meet coverage, I'd like to introduce the team, welcome the incoming freshmen, and of course, welcome back the returning runners.

Last, but certainly not least, the incoming freshmen:  Gus, David, Claudia, Lauren & Jennyfer (Not pictured: Luis)  WELCOME!!!!

Benji, a senior, is our student manager this year.

'Run 'til you drop' is Coach G's coaching philosophy, and woe to the runner who doesn't comply!

But seriously, even though Cross Country is a lot of work, it can be a lot of fun too (well, at least some of the time!).  Come see for yourself this weekend as they run their first meet in Mequon, WI, on the beautiful campus of Concordia University.  

You can't go, you say?  No worries!  Pics and times (when available) will be posted here shortly after each meet.  

And if any of you parents enjoy taking pictures (and/or have a better camera than I do!!), feel free to send your photos to me so that they can be included on the site.
